I titled this painting Weightless Reign because it captures a moment of pure presence — a quiet, grounded power that doesn’t need movement or sound to be felt. The tiger’s gaze draws you in with a steady, captivating intensity, creating an immediate connection the moment you stand before it.

Every brushstroke and subtle shift in colour were layered with intention, creating depth and softness that draw you in. The green almost radioactive eyes are the centre of this piece — expressive, thoughtful, effortless.

Up close, you can see each individual hair, each one built through patient, intentional layering. Every brushstroke was placed with care and purpose, slowly building the texture, depth, and character of the tiger. It’s a process that takes time, but it’s how the painting comes alive and I thoroughly enjoy painting this way.
